when do you guys place your bets on when this building will finish? it's been under construction since 2019... commercial lease for Q4 2027... I want to place my bets for 2028 June for occupancy!
tentative occupancy has been pushed by builder to july 2027. since this is the first delay the firm date might be pushed back even further. with their rental guarantee, i bet they will delay it to late 2028/early 2029😳
