    Totally see that. These towers have a presence that a lot of nearby towers don’t, especially at night or in fog, it almost gives off a cyberpunk vibe while still staying pretty clean in design.

    I get the critique, but Exchange District is one of the few projects here actually attempting a more integrated podium and mixed-use feel. It’s not perfect, but it’s progress.

    Haha, I don’t work for Arcadis, just giving credit where it’s due. I actually like the design, but I get that architecture is subjective 🙂

    Actually, the bold stepped design and those colourful crowns give it a unique sculptural look that stands out from the usual Toronto boxes. Plus it won Gold for Master Planned Community of the Year from the NAHB in 2022, pretty tough to argue with that. Still, taste in design is subjective.
