    I expect the above to take place with Uptowns PHASE 1 as well. Since they haven't sent any of the "other batches" of Amended APS' and we near April 25th 2025.

    I think theyre canceling all existing APS... if we dont get the amendments this week. It's near certain.

    There are 5 more days for them to send amended APS (as they have to give us 30 days to review and make a decision). If we do not receive amendments this week, I predict they will cancel all existing APS. This is increasingly likely as the days progress toward the April 25 outside occupancy date.

    I believe this week and next week are the last batches, if they dont send it by then I expect a termination of all pre-existing contracts.
