I don’t understand the grading - if you compare to the south side it’s significantly higher if it goes up to where the steps are. I can’t imagine they’re going to retrofit all of the buildings on the south side to be higher?

From where? Sugar Wharf Phase 2 was supposed to be the closest the PATH got to Quayside/Bayside and that’s a block away and no plans for shovels in the ground. I’ll be happy if it gets to One Yonge anytime soon.
