They were working until 6:30-7pm today and it shows! Meanwhile the crew at 50 scollard was no where to be found lol. I’m happy with this edition to the neighbourhood.

The shimmering reflections you get off the cladding during certain times of the day is really cool and something you have to see in person.

11YV is just not a true luxury building even though they try to market as so, especially with a floor plan like that, the space in the bedrooms and living area is not giving 4, 3 or even 2 million dollar luxury. Not to mention your getting the same cookie cutter finishes in all of the units here...

Today at 50 Scollard - the brickwork on the garage is well underway and they have began the cladding on the first setback

The reflection you get off these windows especially at sunset are amazing.
