Some gentle intensification for a throughfare street of the area that is predominantly dotted with bungalows and other SFH forms. It's about time that this stretch of O'Connor shows early signs of growing up.

Not terrible per se, but the grey makes this look stodgier compared to the previous phase on the east corner.
