    Toronto Hotel X (was Hotel in the Garden) | ?m | 27s | Exhibition Place | NORR

I'm not sure what criteria Boards use in their approval process but I agree that Hotel X should have been pushed harder to improve their design. Particularly given its prominent location on the waterfront. I've looked up The Ex's Board and it lists the following members. Not sure if this is...

    Roads: Bathurst Street Bridge

Scaffolding has come down and bridge is looking pretty good. Its been painted black and looks like it’s getting new railings on the southern portion.

    Toronto Liberty Market Tower | 99.97m | 28s | Lifetime | Wallman Architects

The retail and landscaping on this building will be very important to the businesses located in the Galleria that connect this to Hanna Ave. For years, the businesses there have struggled with virtually zero foot traffic despite it being a very cool looking place. I have seen many businesses...

    Toronto West Block Est. 1928, The LakeShore, and The LakeFront | 130.75m | 41s | Choice Properties | a—A

Does anyone know the potential uses for the pods? They are looking pretty nice. I think Red Mars mentioned one of them may be an LCBO (that would be sweet!) but I have not heard anything else. There looks to be about 5 or 6 pods ranging in various sizes. I wasn't sure if they would be...

    Toronto Garrison Point | 118.56m | 35s | Cityzen | Hariri Pontarini

I looked at the plans and they show five lots to be developed here but only four buildings are currently in play. Does anyone know if they will still be building another tower at the Tower 1 plot? I hope not as it's pretty dense already with the buildings just across the street on the west...

    Toronto KING Toronto | 57.6m | 16s | Westbank | Bjarke Ingels Group

I believe King Street is slated to have the streetcar tracks replaced in 2023. At the time of the King Pilot, Joe Cressy alluded to the fact that if the Pilot became permanent, which it has, they would be able to do something very special when redoing the street. Now, he didn't elaborate on...

Toronto Garrison Crossing (was Fort York Pedestrian and Cycle Bridge) | ?m | ?s | City of Toronto | Pedelta

I was biking through the area today and saw they are laying sod down on the Stanley Park side. I asked the landscapers and they told me they are doing the entire section. The grass was pretty dead there so this will be very welcome. It will be looking very lush and green in a few days!

    Toronto MEC Queen Street (Mountain Equipment Coop) | 21.03m | 3s | Parallax | Sweeny &Co

Sorry to open up old wounds but it's totally unacceptable for a building like this to be built in this location. I like MetroMan's idea to at least use ivy to cover the side of the building which faces Soho Street. At a minimum, it will salvage an eyesore and, at best it may even look quite...

    Toronto 1140 Yonge Street | 44.95m | 10s | Devron Developments | AUDAX

Wow. It was a pleasant surprise to see the renders for this one. This is a beautiful building and will add so much to the area. Let's hope this motivates others to strive for the same kind of impact with their future designs.

    Toronto Queens Quay & Water's Edge Revitalization | ?m | ?s | Waterfront Toronto

This idea really needs to be considered. I don't know if the cost to tear out the concrete and replace with grass/sedum would be offset by the reduction of people driving on the tracks...but you can probably make a case for it. The economic impact of having streetcars decommissioned for half...
