So I'm a big fan of this style development. The podium closer to the ground using generally high quality materials and then going a bit cheaper higher up where it's a bit less noticeable. Also, seems they have the stair shaft forms on the roof. I suppose they are doing one last form for a roof...

Seems like furnace installation is well under way, why it's happening without any exterior cladding is beyond me 🤷‍♂️
