    Oh wow... how did you get up there? Nice space but classic case of sales office over promising. Anyone remember the pitch of “you’ll be able to see a fully unobstructed lake view starting at Floor 5”... um not quite. This was Floor 6 now Floor 7 Bc of townhouse moves and still can’t see it well.

    Something must have gone wrong. I’m also closing in July (3rd Floor) and have not received an email from VHL confirming the closing date or to schedule a PDI. Others on higher floors got an email confirming their move in date. At least you got a call for the PDI.

    They changed the colour. It was supposed to be grey. The lighter beige is the final coat. What floor are you on? Usually you are not permitted to rent a unit prior to final closing, however there are provisions if you are renting to family.
