Something must have gone wrong. I’m also closing in July (3rd Floor) and have not received an email from VHL confirming the closing date or to schedule a PDI. Others on higher floors got an email confirming their move in date. At least you got a call for the PDI.

They changed the colour. It was supposed to be grey. The lighter beige is the final coat. What floor are you on? Usually you are not permitted to rent a unit prior to final closing, however there are provisions if you are renting to family.

D- when did you get this? Does it make any reference to when we will “close”, or is this the occupancy date? I recall them mentioning move ins are starting in July.
