It's a nice mix of low, mid and highrise. At street level it looks very promising, but I agree about the towers- we've seen these many times before and the eyes just glaze over.

I like the angled planes and it will have a slim profile viewed from east/west. Hard to get around that stark incongruity with the original building. I do quite like the sturdiness and strong lines of that original building, and with so much characterless glass and spandrel going up everywhere...

If there are in fact no balconies I would prefer more creativity with the building form.
