I think this would have looked better (not saying much) without the growth on the north side. Just doesn't work IMO.

Good point. Lots of catch-up to do.

Why are there so many panels missing on the north face? Looks terrible. This building will not age well.

I think the problem is that condominium architecture here is not evolving. These are the same designs we saw 10 years ago. Sure there are standouts but it's rinse and repeat for the most part. I wish developers would look to architects outside of Canada more often. We always get more...

It would look much better if they just had punched windows and not those corner details. The second picture reminds me a bit of 432 Park (NYC).
