So it seems like the first phase (Block 1A & 1C) should be underway soon, as its sold out, 105 townhouse units. The second phase (Block 1B) seems be a not too far away with plans for a 12-storey apartment building containing a total of 258 units. But it doesn't seem like there is anything...

Where is this 936 unit development you mentioned? I was under the impression that the lands west of the Upper Red Hill Valley Pkwy were for the Red Hill Business Park.

The renderings to the north of the project area depict four towers. Is that part of this project, or a different one? Anyone have any information on the tower use (condos, hotels, office, etc.). And how many units there may be?
