I can't imagine a new build tower for students in North America that has more issues than this one. It's unbelievably bad what the students have had to endure while doing their Graduate studies.

Love all of these dense buildings bringing so many new residents to downtown in a short period of time. Watching Hamilton evolve/transform the past 5-10 years has been exciting 🍻

I like the way they oriented the buildings so almost everyone on the upper (>5-6 storeys) floors should (in theory) get a view. Overall, this development has exceeded my expectations. Nice job, LiUNA 👍🏻

Only a sucker would buy from this developer. The "luxury" one in Niagara Falls is endless headaches for condo owners with a steep bill to fix all of the problems.

I had high hopes for this project. To see it languish in the core of downtown is disappointing and disheartening.

Have you seen Waterloo? The most hideous towers being constructed in possibly all of Canada aside from London, Ontario. Hamilton is at least a step above that. (Most Hamilton developments are better than Kitchener also, imho)
