    Finch West Line 6 LRT

I think it's also an added benefit to have a route crossing both branches of the Don that's not affected by the weather.

FastLane: Gil Penalosa’s transit platform for Toronto

Does the current 925 work well? Don Mills does have the diamond lanes which are already semi-rapidTO lanes. They can probaby beef up the 925 and add late evening service.

Sheppard Line 4 Subway Extension (Proposed)

We can't afford to wait until the current batch of projects to finish/close to finish before annoucing the next batch.

    Finch West Line 6 LRT

The colour grey is also often branded as "silver". Same as goldenrod for "gold". We won't get a Gold line since there's already line 1 and line 5.

Now think of how much wider the median would be if it's expanded over both directions' left lanes. Turn that into the linear park. Add more pedestrian crossings connecting the median to both sides of University. Osgoode Hall gets to keep the trees; University Av is narrowed; they can even do...

I don't like the looks of the counter-proposal; maybe because it's non-symmetrical. I'd prefer they widen the median and place station building there. We'd have two narrower roadways instead on one wide one, which is a win for everyone.

GO Transit: Service thread (including extensions)

Unrelated note, but that should be the way Metrolinx denote exits at their stations - not repurposing the running man emergency exit sign.

    Toronto Eglinton Line 5 Crosstown West Extension | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

For the discontinued premium express route.

    Toronto Crosstown LRT: Mount Pleasant Station | ?m | 1s | Metrolinx | NORR

I am not sure if this is just people prefer to stick with what we are used to. There are other metro systems that do not show the metro line name/number at the entrances. I believe Montreal Metro doesn't, and same goes for Vancouver's Skytrain. The place where putting line numbers at entrances...

They also have one down at Church Av. and the M2M (store) next to Sheppard Centre. This may take away some of Galleria's traffic, although Galleria does open 24hrs.

    Metrolinx: Presto Fare Card

https://blog.metrolinx.com/2022/08/22/go-releases-dc-themed-presto-card-for-this-years-fan-expo/ This time it's not only a decal.

Sheppard Line 4 Subway Extension (Proposed)

That's an extension that can be done cheaply - elevated on Nugget and/or surface along the CP ROW.

I believe they are considered part of the "conventional majors". I am thinking along the lines of Oceans/Nations.

    Toronto Ontario Line 3 | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

There needs to be a OL concourse level to provide more access points to the platform, that's 1 flight escalators. The OL concourse can't be fitted into lower Queen because that's a PATH level. From OL concourse to lower Queen is another flight of escalators, that's 2. Then of course another from...

Toronto GO Transit: Davenport Diamond Grade Separation | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

That last picture is giving me Skytrain vibes.

Sheppard Line 4 Subway Extension (Proposed)

This goes back to the fare integration situation. Combined with increased service, ridership of those GO lines will jump if the last leg of a trip doesn't cost another $3.20.

Sheppard Line 4 Subway Extension (Proposed)

Interchange with Stouffville line will be even more useful. Eastern Markham no longer has to rely solely on Highway 7 to get to Yonge. If/when OL is extended to Sheppard, you can also expect most will do the Stouffville>Sheppard>OL route rather than Stouffville>Eglinton>OL

Sheppard Line 4 Subway Extension (Proposed)

Current QP isn't interested in building street level rails. If they are in a vote buying mood by funding any metro routes (higher price tag items which the city will never be able to afford on its own) I'd say milk them dry while we can.

    TTC: Other Items (catch all)

Are we only suggesting people being unfamiliar with the "via" phrasing? "Via" points out the train will go towards Union before going to Finch.

    TTC: Other Items (catch all)

I may be thinking in a loop here, but if they know "Finch" equates to going north, shouldn't they also know the opposite is true for "Union"? So going south, before going back north. Also I am not sure how it's confusing for tourists. Let say they are at Museum station and going to Yorkdale...
