    TTC: Other Items (catch all)

Wait 10 years to change regulations. No one enforces. Same shizz, different day.

    TTC: Other Items (catch all)

Terribly - is the obvious answer.

    TTC: Other Items (catch all)

? This is the same as them saying there are "software issues" with the signaling system on the LRT. I'm sure the TTC will follow-up with a "repair plan" as well and give me vague percentages about its progress. It's okay - after many decades I see so many TTC apologists and yet the system...

    TTC: Other Items (catch all)

No worries - I've been told they are very transparent. It'll be fun if we lose Line 1 for a bit after Line 3 being decommissioned. The incompetence and corruption is astounding.

    TTC: Other Items (catch all)

Um stinking of piss and screaming at randoms is a good baseline to start with.

    TTC: Other Items (catch all)

This is AFTER an audit was forced on them. They've been hiding it for years. But there's always some TTC apologists despite their decades of mismanagement. I can't even even start with the SRT flying off the rails (literally). Why are closures still constant after ATC upgrades? Why is Line 1...

    TTC: Major Operational Issues (Various)

Joke of a city, joke of a system. I'm not sure why people still torture themselves like this unless they can't afford cars and Ubers.

General cycling issues (Is Toronto bike friendly?)

North America communicates very clearly: if you don't own a house (not a condo) and don't drive, you are not worth anything. At some point, you accept this and move on. With Trump and Pierre, it's over for the next decade. We did it with Tatcher as well. Anglosphere failures.

    TTC: Other Items (catch all)

They have been completely not transparent in what has head to these seemingly permanent slow zones.

    TTC: Major Operational Issues (Various)

I'm not sure the TTC is going to survive the next 20 years.

    TTC: Other Items (catch all)

Metrolinx strikes again!…oh, wait. Lol construction incompetence and corruption is rampant here. So glad we have Uber at least.

    Cycling infrastructure (Separated bike lanes)

~10% response rate is decent for surveys - but +20% in research is typically preferred. Also, I think you meant to say "you are NOT convinced". It is one data point of many we should consider. Again, I'll state I am surprised a TMU student project is the only one that is trying to tackle...

Never said racist. I just found it funny that people were complaining about the "good ol days" of simple food like Harveys when everything from sushi, lunchboxes, arepas, etc. are quite simple - just not white basics. I agree on this point; at least until we get a reliable and frequent headway...

    Cycling infrastructure (Separated bike lanes)

Nice to see that when the "mods" are upset, they can get off topic too. Glad we're all the same page :) Anyways, interesting study going around on mode-shift of students pre and post COVID: ;https://transformlab.torontomu.ca/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/PDF-Haseeb_Mitra_TRB2024-1.pdf...

    Cycling infrastructure (Separated bike lanes)

The point is that everyone must suffer equally. This is not about fact or reason, which is why reasoned responses won’t work.

    Cycling infrastructure (Separated bike lanes)

I love how people defended drivers by saying road design was bad so they drove badly. We redesigned the road for complete streets and they just wrote to Doug Ford to get rid of them. Turns out it is just rotten people all along :) But do not worry, you will be notified in the Queens Gazette as...

    Cycling infrastructure (Separated bike lanes)

It’s amazing to see Canadian bureaucracy continue to eat itself.

Guys. Don’t make the mods reparent y’all again. You need to do this in the other obscure chat.

    Toronto Union Station Revitalization | ?m | ?s | City of Toronto | NORR

Not since the pandemic. It's a great mix of lifestyle brands and fast food - they serve commuters and the arena/concert goer crowd. Kibo deals are work (50%) are also great for a grab and go dinner and cashless makes the transactions faster. This reminds me of people here thinking anything...
