    Here's what's coming up for work on the Lakeshore East corridor. And demolition of the old No Frills plaza at Gerrard and Carlaw will start by the end of January.

    Looks like demolition of the plaza will be starting by the end January. Also, over the next two weeks they will be installing noise barriers and building a retaining wall from the Logan bridge north/west towards the Gerrard bridge, so work should be hitting the Gerrard bridge sometime after that.

    Lake Shore East corridor update from this weekend. With the 2 new GO tracks operational, they've started removing the East/North most track, to be followed by 2nd track and demolition of the 2nd half of the bridge over Queen. Close up of the north end of new tracks merging to old tracks...

    Indeed they are. With all the piling rigs off site/moved to the North building, excavation should be started soon.
