Yes. They look great. Not crazy about the cloudy tinted grey front windows, an amber-like tint would look nicer, to match side striping. But I’ll take it.

IBI/Arcadis best designed building so far. That merger seems like a good thing because IBI was severely lacking in style, ambition & design. The works.

Stick with brick Toronto. Red brick!! Even (dare I say) *grey brick is attractive. Unfortunate that it doesn’t go higher up. But nice.

It’s amazing the downgrade from previous plans. Almost criminal. It’s not even the lack of of well designed modern parks & public spaces squeezed in to these renderings, but the buildings themselves look pedestrian & boring, shocking to see for such a big project. Didn’t notice one stand out...

This is not “ugly“ at all. It has vibrant colour. Not abother boring rectangular grey blue structure-I’ll take it.The vertical stripes stand out. I like them. Shame it’s only 37 floors.

It doesn’t seem hard at all to build attractive slick structures like this Wallman+Times Gp. project at 65 Broadway. As opposed to that chaotic jumbled awkward mess of 75 Broadway ave. by Hazelview+WZMH
