We need to look at Oxford St in London and do that ---- trusses like for a stage, over the street, with stage-like lighting / club-like lighting /'vary lights?' that shine...
Instead of wondering about birds or lighting up the CN Tower-- we should go to a pub and we, ourselves, should get lit up... And, apply for a grant! It's performance art!

If we want to tackle poverty, we need to increase good public transit from areas of the cities with affordable housing to the downtown core.
