AFAIK 200-14 have been delivered back to GO. Is UTDC cabs getting the same treatment or converted to coaches?

Is that wood? I am assuming it's the structure of these CEM Cabs. Would it be the same material on the rest of the cab. Sorry a bit of a dumb question. Just seems odd that I see a wood like material in the front.
