Actually, if your on 18th+, i think there are certain cabinets (white included) that are standard.....Someone else might be able to confirm this as I'm on a lower floor.

Yes, they do have a light grey hardwood, and it is standard if u give me u'r email, i can send you a pic from the design center It doesn't really show up on the pic as it looks to be grey-browish but in person looks like a light grey

Hmmmm, the white quartz was standard though, I didn't have to upgrade it....How much was that home theatre wiring? I did get the undermount lighting I chose the standard flooring, it was a brown hardwood,(tasmanian oak) and extended it to the bedroom and den.....I was pretty happy overall...

There is an actual 13th floor so their technically on the 15th floor. Only 29 more floors to go. This should top out by the end of fall

That's correct, the building site plans and renderings show the lobby as floor 1 & 2.
