The concept for this food hall is kind of interesting. I hope the pedestrian traffic will be sufficient to make this successful, as there is reasonable critical population mass in the area.

I think the glazing looks fairly decent, with the mullion panel kept to minimum portion. Just need the rest of the cladding to be well done too, which I presume is going to be precast bricks.

That looks like pretty good quality. The cladding has surpassed my expectations so far.

Anyone know which company is the owner of this building currently? Not much info is available when searching up this address.

Looks like these work units are being sold (from $600 K), instead of leasing. It's an ambitious plan but I wonder how it will be received. Geary has become more popular in recent years for alternative employment usages but this seems more high end. This section of Geary is also a more sleepy...

The tower isn't too bad but they definitely cheaped out on the podium.

A bit concerned earlier about how this would turn out, but good to see the TTC match it well with the existing Dupont station domes.

I don't mind this tower too much. The stone used on the podium is pretty decent quality, and the crown is well done as well.

As far as townhomes go, this project meets the street quite well. Several of these houses that have a side profile fronting Dupont often have wasteful space at the rear of the property.

Good to see this reach grade level, the density is going to be incredible once all these projects on this collective block are completed.

The bands of spandrel definitely ruin the curved tower. Shame because that is going to be the more prominently viewed tower from many vantage points.

The stone looks good, but the mullions on the window sections could have been handled better.

The new balconies look pretty decent. TBH I was expecting a lot worse.

This must be the largest building demolished in Toronto since that one in the Discovery District area at Elizabeth & Gerrard a few years ago, where the site is now a parking lot.

Not so great overall, but they definitely missed the mark on those rounded corner windows.

The precast definitely looks sharp here. Hope that it ages well though, I imagine they'll need to clean it every so often.

Demolition moving along quickly. That's going to be one crazy dense block once this and whatever is revived at 33 Yorkville are completed.
