Also i don’t think it matters whether the lobby is 2 or 3 floors. That whole level counts as 1 (even though it’s double/triple height). The units for sale start from level 2. Looking at the floor plates I think your unit is actually one above where you drew the red arrow.

The floor plates you can find on fernbrook homes website. Click download plans and you’ll see the plans with floor plates. Click around on diff layouts to find the floors you’re looking for.

if you look at the floorplate, i don't know what that center few units represent if not some sort of amenity space. are you able to send PMs? i can't seem to but would love to ask a couple of questions as a fellow assignment buyer!

very cool! this neighborhood really seems to lose out to the west side, but honestly, it just seems way cooler. being steps from the market and having this performing arts scene + access to the lake ... i honestly don't understand the hype of the west side other than some nice places to go have...

the updates on the building are looking great. i do love a good cantilever. have others had their interior design session yet? it seems a little later than other pre-cons (some of which have their session at initial purchase!! >.<)

thanks all - helpful input! as a condo-dweller, i also feel that the "safety" issue is far less of an issue. if i were to own a house, having to deal with petty street crime and vandalism would be a huge pain. Another point for condos :)
