So I got the Condo letter advising that only 31% voted in favour of having a food retailer in M3/M4. I did not vote, only because I'm not sure what the pros and cons would be. I tried googling but nothing came up. What are your thoughts?

Hydro bill dated Jan 27-jul 10 = $170 + $130 setup. I've had my AC on June-July. Unit is 710sq ft. If they DIDN'T charge me for the period when I was paying Rent (closed on may 15), then my monthly rate is $85 (may15-july10) - which seems too high compared to others here. So they must have...

How dirty are your balconys? I'm very tempted to dump a pail of water and scrub but not sure if we are allowed to? (plus it would leak to balcony below....which wouldn't be that bad cause they keep me up with loud music often lol).
