The vacant lands behind the strip mall on the east side all have proposals or approved planning. Just wonder how the designs will be implemented in the coming years.

This seems like a logistics nightmare in the GTA. I doubt this would ever work or be approved if it's not "fraudulent." But, these sort of ideas will always have a place to attempt to solve problems in our ever growing urban spaces.

As someone that will be moving to this area within the next year. I can say I am happy for the design. The sound barriers will come as a large relief to those that will be occupying the new developments that are backing onto those lines.

What I love is how well this building fits into its surroundings. The refurbished lofts on the south side & the downtown building supply on the other. Just a great design.

I believe the final products are not entirely blamed on the part of the architects. Due to the massive boom in this city and demand by large development companies that need to continue to expand, we continue to see "cookie cutter" designs. Seems like smaller development companies that are new...

The building doesn't standout at all. I hope the finished drawings add some type of flair.

This is what most of the Remington Group buildings end up looking like. If you take a look at Park Towers in Etobicoke, you may see some similarities.

This intersection will look night and day different. I would love a before and after side-by-side in once it is all completed.

Since we are on the aspect of talking about whether trees can grow or not without sun-light. I think this should be helpful.
