Yep. There is simply no other way to look at this other than to say it's either incompetence or deliberate ignorance of the facts. The OPP is trying to shelve Brazen 2.

The other thing: the public nature of this dispute, no matter the evidence, will cast doubt on the strength of the charges in the public mind. Whatever the outcome, Ford has won.
