The retail portion I believe stretches from the most northern part all the way to the southern tip of the SB project along Parklawn. Solaris, is there any way to find out who owns 36 and 42 Parklawn road then?

I believe this is where the retail portion of the South Beach (Amexon) project is going to be located. This OMB decision was from 2007, and a lot has happened since. Menkes I believe sold their part of the land to Amexon, and the other portion more south to ONNI.

Working drawings are complete. Sales and marketing are underway. Const Mgr is finalizing City Council approvals for building permits. Const Mgr expects site work and excavation to begin Spring, 2010. Construction of the podium is anticipated early Summer, 2010. Subsequent construction schedules...

The builder doesn't get paid until the building registers....I would think that they would be interested in getting their money as quickly as possible, rather than worrying about how much they can make on phantom rent....I don't see it.
