What does everyone think they should do to improve this building both on the outside and interior. How about uses, for example more F&B offers, unique entertainment, live music venue, more fashion retail, fashion and the arts, etc...thanks for your honest feedback.

It's about time. This area can use a redevelopment on this site, which will help spur additional intensification.

So does this mean that they are going to close the one at 3501 Yonge St? If so, then they may eventually redevelop that site, and add the residential intensification needed. Not sure if they've flipped this site into the REIT already, but going vertical with retail on the ground would be great.
