Great to see new employment uses in the area...any confirmed / rumored tenants?

I've heard a rumor that some if not all of HMV is available as a sublease or head lease...also as you may have seen Forever XXI is opening in the eaton centre so I assume the NW corner of Yong e& Dundas is available as well.

And finally for some good news...just received a call from my mortgage broker indicating that he has been told that registration for Phase 1 of Corktown District is expected by the end of January 2011 with closings at the end of Jan / early February.

Noticed a new update while picking up mail. Wait for it...Streetcar expects registration within the next few months. Yup, same old story...

Any interior pics on this one? specifically re suite finishes [i assume the common elements are months away]?

yes...i hope so. That site was sold in the summer of '09 to a numbered company.
