I have a loft on 10 and 11, I got confirmed occupancy update for Sept 29th 2010... The occupancy date I got with my purchase was July 31st 2010 which is almost exactly when the lower floors will start moving in... Good to see this project moving along and on target~!

The old version of Urban Toronto has a brilliant mobile site which I used from my BlackBerry all the time... The new version is now so big a bulky for mobile use its not even worth while because it takes so long... Are there any plans to implement a nice clean mobile version again? Thanks Matt

All 3 of those townhouses are south facing... Aka your facing directly at the Gardiner and all the rail tracks... They all basically have no view at all... Unless your a big fan of trains. As for the price difference... I am not sure.

Ya, based on their location I would say some part of the elevator shaft/system... If you look at their position compared to the wall which goes all the way down on every floor (the back of the elevator I believe) I'd say it is... I'm not sure whats all included nor what constitutes "complete"...
