I guess we will have to wait and see. The design seems pretty detailed: perhaps it won't be built in its entirety, but I doubt that the final "product" will deviate much from the plans. I am surprised by the heavy research-focus of the district. I think my main concern with this project goes...

One thing that has occurred to me about the development photos in this forum is that we rarely see how the interiors of these buildings are constructed. It would be fascinating to learn about the teams of day-wallers, tilers, plumbers, electricians, painters etc. I wonder how the materials are...

Are there any proposals for the fields of grass between the mall carpark and the roads? And for the carpark itself like in and around Square One? My own regret with these projects is that they aren't particularly walkable neighbourhoods.

The lack of walkability in the area is a big elephant in the (planning) room. If this development is approved and successful, could other projects with retail be added to the neighbourhood?

I am excited to see such quick progress/change in comparison to a few months ago!
