What do you guys think of this layout?

The "wall of cabinets" that separates the Master Bdrm from the breakfast Rm should be flipped and nudged north, to provide more closets in the Master.

X2 Condos (Great Gulf Homes/Lifetime Developments) - Real Estate -

The website now says that condos start at 199 900. That's a 15K jump in one week, probablby based on the registration and pre-marketing exercises.

Wallman ? He is showing up everywhere...Is he not the architect doing X, Four Seasons....etc. Hate the balconies popping through the curtain wall.

Different architect, different Marketing team.... There was so much buzz about X, once it sank into our consciousness. It was not an instant success, but a sleeper hit, that reached critical mass due to word of mouth, and BANG...an instant classic in a sea of glass boxes. I am sure that...

God, this is ugly. Another glass box dappled with cantilevered balconies...the dreaded cantilevered balconies yet again.

Yes, Lifetime is on the signage on the hoarding. Who knows the deal here? Is TAS just aroud for marketing and continuity, but no longer have an equity stake in the projects? Are they there still as design consultants. Who is the owner of the project? How are the agreement to purchase...

    Toronto Spire Condos | 144.77m | 45s | Context Development | a—A

I actually saw a unit in there this week - two bedroom under 900, on a high floor. I agree with the comment on the cheap finishes in the lobby and corridors. Also, I found the balconies downright inhospitable - what I call " Suicide Balconies good for farting and the occasional cigarette"...

Who is the developer? I think this area is great....

Legal Opinion on M5V/ Lifetime arrangement. Wow...buyers should be made aware of any such development...I am certain there is a legal implication as purchasers would have made a decision to buy based on the TAS package/ goodwill/ etc. Any lawyers on this site?
