Found nothing.

Building was registered very recently, resales have started.

Any feedback on the project? Great location.

I was always concerned about the following:

i. Transformers, next door;
ii. Railroad tracks, can see them on the map, here. I guess this depends on where your unit is;
iii. The location is "nice", but I dont think there are many amenities near by (a good restaurants or two, and Churchill Park to the north), but thats about it.

Nevertheless, people that I know who live in the building seem to love it.

i wouldn't buy there even if it was $200 per sq ft ..... i can't put a price on my health. Although there has been numerous studies done on living besides transformer/hydro stations, nothing conclusive has come out of it and the debate on it's long term effect continues from both sides.

No it's not.
Sounds more like some people who don't know anything about electricity or magnetism getting scared of the "unknown" (to them).

Also if your a audiophile try tweaking your system having a large hydro transformers in your backyard.
