This is partially right. This plan has been in the works for a while. But of course, it was rejected for the Dundas West Queen Pape plan the first time. It's telling Metrolinx lobbied to switch to this rather than just use the city plans.

    Toronto Ontario Line 3 | ?m | ?s

Agreed 100 percent, especially Don Mills and Finch, would make it one of the better-used routes right off the bat.

    TTC: Other Items (catch all)

I wonder when we'll see studies on Kipling, Islington, Warden, Kennedy, Markham etc to see which North-South roads need rapid transit. I think maybe all of them need BRT.

    TTC: Jane (LRT) RapidTO

Running the Ontario Line up Jane would save money and get people downtown faster, that's what I mean.

Sheppard Line 4 Subway Extension (Proposed)

Well, that's why it needs to be built in one shot, not east and west. Hopefully, the connection to Sheppard West/Wilson will generate more ridership. Plus Bringing the Scarborough subway to McCowan will help with the transfers. Not 27K but it should be 18-19K.

So this is cancelled too? Vandyk did some damage that's for sure.

Me too, and I wonder if they will be working 24/7 given the tight timelines as well.

    Toronto Union Centre | 298m | 54s | Westbank | Bjarke Ingels Group

Let's wait for next year's federal elections and the economy then before declaring this dead.

GO Transit: Service thread (including extensions)

Fair enough. It was just going to Port Credit and transfer that I was against. Residents of Milton should be able to get downtown with ease.
