This is true, but I was under the impression that the additional height (and lower density) of the resubmission still triggered a full zoning review on that site for some reason as opposed to being minor variance. Not sure!

Out of curiosity, why would the staff report for this come back so fast as opposed to Mirvish and Gehry which was resubmitted at Christmas? I was hoping to see that project in sales this summer finally!

Are they pouring that western slab to act as a staging area for excavation similar to what we're seeing at The One and 57 Spadina? I believe that side is still to be excavated down 5/6 levels

With this fully leased now too it certainly paves the way for The Hub, Commerce Court 3, or Union Centre to accelerate. Out of the major office projects under construction right now almost all are nearly fully leased if I recall correctly. Won't be surprised to see announcements/construction...
