Honestly an indoor waterpark here would have really nice potential. You could include hotel rooms in the main part of the mall or atleast part of it and put the waterpark where Eatons was.
Anyone been by the spot lately? From Sam Lawrence it looked like they might have a soil sample rig there. Pretty far away so it might have been nothing.
I'm with The Honest Maple. I don't see the heritage value here. I've been inside. In nothing that impressive. I'm generally for preserving heritage, I know we've lost a lot of stunning, old buildings I don't feel like is fits in that group.
