While they're waiting to develop this site they could probably get some decent income from digital advertising on the second and third floors of this building. Or is that not allowed on a city owned property.
Actually when I was walking by I noticed a number of electrical junction boxes (?) laid out on the floor. Centre right where those two guys are standing on the pile of rebar in my last pic.
Very busy when I went by at lunchtime today. Lots of workers on site. More rebar being delivered. They were pouring concrete into that giant rebar wall connecting the super columns on the the north side of the site.
^ Lots of workers on site today when I went by. More than usual actually. Trucks were delivering rebar. Workers were laying that cable stuff on the floor. A lot of workers you can't see because they're working underneath the floor.
This long time rooming house near Church is fenced off. About 6 months ago the balcony was chopped off.
