    Interesting point about Scarborough Jct needing a flyover. I do not take the Souffville Line frequently but when I have rode the train eastbound I have noticed VIA Rail trains stopped westbound at the Junction as GO Trains cross over their path.     Even if it's deep, it's a very narrow site for mid rise. Hopefully they don't chop off those 2 stores that are attached to a larger row. Based on google maps there does not appear to be a rear laneway either, as the retirement residence is pushed right up to the houses that are behind it.

    I do not think this is the same development. Avro's application address is 20 De Boers Dr. and the site fronts onto Allen Road. Avro site plan docs show it will have 180 units, 1100 Sheppard application is for 385 units. 1100 Sheppard is likely for the vacant portion of the former idomo site...
