Agree. While it could make more sense with the building to the north, the depth appears to be only 27m. Very small for a tower site. It's also on the north side of Richmond at Spadina so this would be on the low end of the Entertainment District heights.

The Shuter building is nice, but the Sherbourne building is shoehorned between two existing buildings. 12m separation is not enough.

It would probably be a challenge considering this tower is proposed to be less than 1m from the south lot line.

I think the report states the technology for enhanced TSP will only be used when vehicles are behind schedule. I recall a similar use of TSP on the VIVA Rapidways.

Thanks! So they plan to build a new east-west street between Centre View and Rathburn? As far as I know it is not in the City's plans. Oxford has also not submitted a master plan to my knowledge.

Very close to the LRT terminal. Would be so much better for the public realm if it were on Rathburn.

I see a major issue here. The townhouse entrances are not facing a street and are 0m from the adjacent lot. Do you walk on the adjacent property to enter your own home? What happens if that lot gets developed?
