    Toronto 859 The Queensway | 42.84m | 11s | First Avenue | Teeple Architects

Decision This building is going to get quite a bit smaller. "Based on the differing locational attributes of the Subject Lands versus the lands on the north side of The Queensway, the Tribunal finds that a development proposal based on the L shaped design in Exhibit 11, of up and including 12...

    Toronto 147 Spadina | 82.8m | 24s | Hullmark | AUDAX

Agree. While it could make more sense with the building to the north, the depth appears to be only 27m. Very small for a tower site. It's also on the north side of Richmond at Spadina so this would be on the low end of the Entertainment District heights.

    Toronto RioCan Golden Mile | 162.05m | 47s | RioCan | Kirkor

    Toronto 36 Eglinton West | 199.99m | 59s | Lifetime | Wallman Architects

Almost sounds like they missed the appeal deadline: "We are aware that City Council, at its meeting commencing on October 27, 2020, refused a previous rezoning application in respect of the Property. An appeal of this decision was not filed within the statutory time period of the Planning Act...

    Toronto 191 Sherbourne | 145.3m | 42s | Fitzrovia | PARTISANS

The Shuter building is nice, but the Sherbourne building is shoehorned between two existing buildings. 12m separation is not enough.

Front yard parking between retail and the sidewalk?

    Toronto Linx Condominiums | 88.9m | 27s | Tribute | Turner Fleischer

Interesting, the south wall of the heritage house looks like it might have once been the front.

    Toronto Natasha Residences | 156.9m | 47s | Lanterra | BDP Quadrangle

    Was this proposal previously approved?

    Toronto 351 Queen East | 96.55m | 28s | ONE Properties | Kirkor Architects

The tower has a 1000m2 floor plate, just way too bulky.

Agreed, but at least we know it's on the radar.

    Toronto 537 Broadview | 13.13m | 4s | Kanitz Properties | ERA Architects

Good to see this is a listed heritage building, so hopefully the City will be assessing how the proposal impacts the heritage aspects. Status Listed Address 537 BROADVIEW AVE ByLaw Details John McPherson Scott House, 1913. Adopted by City Council on Oct. 1, 2009.

    Toronto 510 Yonge | 196.9m | 59s | KingSett Capital | BDP Quadrangle

It would probably be a challenge considering this tower is proposed to be less than 1m from the south lot line.

    Toronto Crosstown LRT | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx | Arcadis

I think the report states the technology for enhanced TSP will only be used when vehicles are behind schedule. I recall a similar use of TSP on the VIVA Rapidways.

Toronto Oak House at Canary Landing | 162.61m | 46s | Dream | Henning Larsen

So Block 20 is 125R Mill St and the AIC link is here and the Preliminary Report is here, does anyone know of the applications/site addresses for the other sites?

    Mississauga The Offices by Square One | ?m | 19s | Oxford Properties | B+H

Thanks! So they plan to build a new east-west street between Centre View and Rathburn? As far as I know it is not in the City's plans. Oxford has also not submitted a master plan to my knowledge.

Very close to the LRT terminal. Would be so much better for the public realm if it were on Rathburn.

    Toronto The Sterling Automotive | 69.2m | 19s | Lamb Dev Corp | a—A

I see a major issue here. The townhouse entrances are not facing a street and are 0m from the adjacent lot. Do you walk on the adjacent property to enter your own home? What happens if that lot gets developed?
