I've seen a render as well. If memory serves, the announcement should have taken place already (late May was the date originally bounced around), but expect some news shortly that will finally start the process of finishing that corner off.

Someone ought to remind Harry that Yonge St. was closed a few months back because stuff was falling off his building. Surely there's a better choice than Harry to talk about the pros and cons of a marble clad building.
