We've just published a front-page story about the project. @ProjectEnd apparently it's not a restaurant space on the 4th floor, it's a patio area for office workers (potentially connected to a lunchroom).

Spoke to the owner of Dark Horse yesterday, and the joint is going to open in September (things are well underway inside). For many of the other retailers, things are quite slow though, and apparently some haven't been able to obtain building permits yet.

Stopped by Arvo Coffee yesterday (thanks @grey). Great little addition to the area.

Very happy to hear about Fahrenheit. They've quietly been making some of the best coffee in Toronto for years. Really nice people too.
