Finally after 5 yrs our condo's are complete! Love GREENPARK! Both suites are better than expected! :)

The inspections of our 2 suites is complete. Occupancy date mid September for both condo's. Listed both suites with our realtor for rental(s). One week in multiple offers! One suite gone...one more to go. Contrary to all the negative comments over the years about this development, my husband...

Was hoping for ownership this year. Progress has been good. We were so disappointed to receive the letter stating delay until March 2018 ... :(

Thanks for the update. We're looking forward to some progress. You mentioned "lockers".... we were not given the option to purchase lockers with our condo. We were told, lockers were to be purchased when we selected the interiors (ie flooring, kitchen interiors etc). That seems odd to me...

Looking forward seeing this project get started. Bought two units on the same floor..... disappointed to read all the negativity. I thought the model suites were great... good use of the space within the units. Im from the 905.... Greenpark has basically built Vaughan exclusively. Very reputable...

I have a unit in Phase 1, Occupancy was April 2013. Has anyone received information with regards to a "Closing Date" ?
