GO Transit: Service thread (including extensions)

Metrolinx is not removing these barriers because they are known to be a visionary and they know that there could be another pandemic 50 years later. They are already prepared for that pandemic.

    Mississauga Square One District | ?m | 65s | Oxford Properties | Hariri Pontarini

Downtown Toronto is connected by transit from multiple places. There are 7 GO lines radiating in different directions. Line 1 and Line 2 radiating in two more directions each and now there is Ontario line. Mississauga or any other suburb just can't compare with that. Companies would like to...

GO Transit: Service thread (including extensions)

A correction here. Scarborough keeps coming up because you keep bringing that in every thread and then that becomes a long discussion that ends up derailing the thread. You have made your thoughts clear on this matter and others have made their counter arguments as well. I understand your angst...

Sheppard Line 4 Subway Extension (Proposed)

Sheppard subway should have been built on Eglinton and Eglinton LRT should have been built on Sheppard. They built the right thing, just not at the right place.

GO Transit: Service thread (including extensions)

If I got a dollar for every time someone mentioned Mississauga doesn't have good transit because Scarborough sucked in all the funds, I would have been buying Amazon, not the products it sells.

    Pickering Airport (Transport Canada/GTAA, Proposed)

There are about 40 daily departures from Pearson for Montreal and Ottawa. That's 80 flights including landing and that's about 6% of daily flights from Pearson. It's not large but it's not insignificant either. By not having 80 flights with small planes, we can have 80 flights with large...

    Toronto Ontario Line 3 | ?m | ?s

Metrolinx is known to name stations after places that are nowhere near the station.

    Toronto Union Station Revitalization | ?m | ?s | City of Toronto | NORR

It may have been answered before but is there any possibility of Via concourse looking better than what it looks like right now some time in future? York and Bay concourses look miles ahead compared to Via concourse.

    Toronto Ontario Line 3 | ?m | ?s

Thankfully this line is not a GO line or Metrolinx would be calling it Markham Exhibition station.

Widening QEW will be easier than acquiring a new ROW and building a new highway.

    Roads: Ontario/GTA Highways Discussion

We don't even need helicopters for this. Drones are much cheaper now and they can be used for enforcement. They will also be much more sneaky than a large police cruiser or helicopter. Also, to your concern about running into guardrail, we do have wide shoulders so if you are not able to merge...
