It's obviously going to take a while until people start to realize that car traffic is not the be all and end all of supporting a business. Bikelanes will make this stretch of Annette more pedestrian friendly, because cars will go a bit slower... and unless anyone shows studies to prove...

There's some weird looking stuff going on here... there are I-Beam structures in front of these buildings and through the buildings (using the windows). Anyone know what the story is? I don't see anything like it in the rendering: I'll try and get a photo of it tomorrow...
