It's good that that the process was approved but the lot has looked the same for a couple of months now. Is there more that needs to be done before they start construction? -

It looks like that meeting was held on September 9, 2015. Does anyone know what came of this? It seems like the area hasn't been touched after the schooner excavation. I tried contacting Concord Adex, but they haven't replied to me yet. -

That site is looking a lot more level now. It also looks like they're making another dirt ramp on the south-west side. I completely forgot to take a picture when I was walking by. -

FYI, apparently the building completion date has been pushed out to August 2017. I don't think they've run into complications, maybe just a bit behind schedule. -

I don't really understand how construction works, but didn't they already have the hole dug and filled. Now they're digging it up again? Did they mess up, or is this part of the process? -
