Will there be any ground floor retail or amenity, or will this be just as dead as the rest of the area?

If I was a tenant looking for space, I would prefer the new look to the old. Or -- I would want a substantial discount for occupying what looks like an old B class building.

Its easy to blame the contractors, but often times the client wants to bring down the bid price by value engineering out important and necessary items.... and then they come back as change orders at higher cost and with delay. Both sides can play dumb games.

Wish they were spanning the rail corridor like CIBC is on the east side of Union Station...

Probably that they want to compete with new buildings in the city rather than with 40 year old buildings with much lower market rents.

They could likely build it a lot faster if they shut down Finch Ave, but since that cannot happen, it takes longer.

I like how the ride goes over several other rides, as well as over pedestrian areas. It used to be that all of the coasters were self contained.

Canada has added tariffs to things like whiskey and maple syrup, and only from US sources. I don't believe that construction materials were included with the retaliatory measures.

Looks like this could be a twisting tower -- at least from the image shown. The guys across the street are going to have to up their design game if they want to be noticed as they finish the last half of their development.
