based on my sales disclosure dated Sept 2010, parking is 6 levels. maybe they added a 7th level recently.

just heard from Fram that there are already some interested parties to become the second investor. Also said that a decision will be made in four to six weeks.

actually it will be 6 levels of parking . Unless the builder added another level of parking that I wasn't aware of.

I tried to get more info from my contact from The Toronto Star. My contact said that he/she couldn't give any details due to privacy reasons, but said that rest assured that the news coming from Fram will not be bad news.

The Toronto Star advised that we should be getting word from Fram sometime this week. Keep your fingers crossed that the project will get built....

I think I would rather bring in my own home inspector with me at the time of my PDI. Even if it means having to pay $600 or so. This way all deficiencies will get noted.

The only thing I can suggest is to be continously persistent. Don't stop calling and emailing them until you get an answer and the answer you get is satisfactory. Let them know your anger and frustration and that you won't put up with their B.S. If enough people do this then maybe they will...

Well you can't reverse the direction because if you do this then the microwave and cabinets will be facing the window. The only other option would be to move the island over so it's in front of the dishwasher as Cdr108 suggested. I'm sure the electrical cord underneath the island is long enough.
