Parking.

Not many tenants have moved in yet and many of the floors are still being fitted out. In addition, 25% of the floors are not yet leased.

During construction is the wrong time to judge it. Wait until the project is finished and the balcony glass is installed. In comparison to the other towers around it, I believe it will be quite spectacular once completed.

OMG, that's hilarious! I never thought of that, but of course you're right! It will become a green field with brown polka dots starting sometime in 2011! Edit: The grass was replaced with . . . more grass.

All the grass has now been completely replaced. No statue. Go figure.

Who knows, there might still be something planned. All the grass in the middle section has just been rolled up and set aside. Maybe they need to fix a leaky irrigation system that is dripping through the expansive waterproofing into the new concourse . . . or . . . maybe we'll get a sculpture.

Construction Update They are just starting to pour the floor for the western half of what appears to be the 12th floor (11th level, hotel rooms). The floor plate has now stepped in about 6-10 feet on the south side. Construction speed should pick up a bit given that we are now on to standard...

That really was an over-the-top review. She must be getting paid by Brookfield. In any event, the blue fences have been moved to enclose the BA2 footprint and the new plaza is now fully accessible.

Construction update They are just starting to pour the floor for the eastern half of what appears to be the 11th floor (10th level, meeting rooms). Most of the perimeter columns and the elevator core on the western half of this floor have already been poured. :)
