    Toronto Pinnacle Centre Condos | 161.84m | 55s | Pinnacle | P + S / IBI

Yes great pics. The fourth phase seems to be going up simultaneously. Have they started selling already?

    Graffiti

I noticed more and more that etching on glass and windows has become a greater problem. From TTC bus shelters, train windows and to businesses. You can paint over or clean painted graffitis, but when someone etches on glass it's permanent you can't get rid of it unless you replace the entire...

    Toronto Clear Spirit | 131.36m | 40s | Cityscape | a—A

I went by there just yesterday and it seems to be coming along very well. Congrats to those who are moving in to this area. I really enjoy coming here once in a while; Although, yesterday I noticed that lot of businesses in the area seems to be changing hands quite frequently except for the...

    Toronto Gläs Condos | ?m | 16s | Lamb Dev Corp | a—A

Is it just me or does anyone else think this project seem just tad too big and bulky to be built on such a small narrow street like Charlotte? It sure using up every inch of the land allowed.

    Toronto M5V Condominiums | 118.87m | 35s | Lifetime | Core Architects

The building left of Bandidos and on the roof top was or still is a night club/restaurant that use to blast loud music almost every summer weekend nights right out on the roof top when I used to live in that area. It would drive us and almost everyone else in that area crazy. Anyone know what's...

Waterfront: Jarvis Slip Public Space Design Competition

Personally I don't really care what Hume think's about anything, but I must admit he is right about this one. I went to HTO last summer only one time, and I then the novelty wore off. Having another beach is boring. The problem with the competition was that none of the entries were really...

Waterfront: Jarvis Slip Public Space Design Competition

Why not build a small outdoor ice rink to get people down there in the winter? I know there's the Harbourfront rink, but it's always so crowded and I think waterfront needs another outdoor rink and more winter activity. Just a thought.

    Toronto London On The Esplanade Condos | 102.1m | 33s | Cityzen | Burka

I think it has lot to do with the area. Esplanade is a very narrow street with all the cars lined along it that it's impossible for trucks to get in and out of the construction area especially during the excavation stage.

Head of Slips (Waterfront Toronto, West 8/DTAH)

This is great news! I thought the West8 development was dead or put on shelf since no news of any update was reported for quite awhile. Now it has finally begun. Can't wait!

    Worst names for condo project

I thought it could'nt get any worse, but Great Gulfs new development called "Charlie" at King and Charlotte street tops it all. Sorry Charlie.

    Toronto Waterlink at Pier 27 | 43.89m | 14s | Cityzen | a—A

Gotta admit though, this is a beautiful rendering.

    Toronto Charlie Condos | 122.83m | 36s | Great Gulf | Diamond Schmitt

I just don't understand how two developers developing two different projects only couple of blocks away from each other can have same/similar names. How stupid are they? And by the way, both names sucks!

General cycling issues (Is Toronto bike friendly?)

You know what, I would be all for this idea if it was possible. How are you going to have a bike lane in the path when there are so many people walking about especially during rush hour. I don't think it would be very safe for anyone.

    Charlotte/Adelaide - A Weird Steel Structure

Charlotte St. is becoming really crowded. First there was the 36 Charlotte Lofts, then the Hudson, The Glas, Hudson 2, and now this Langston project. It's a hot location for such a tiny street.

This is a great news for cyclists and it's about time too.

1 Bloor East, DEAD AND BURIED (Bazis, -2s, Varacalli)

Why are they charging 45K for parking? I believe most condo projects in Toronto are somewhere between 25K to 35K. I have never seen such a greedy developer.

1 Bloor East, DEAD AND BURIED (Bazis, -2s, Varacalli)

I totally agree with you Mike in TO. The price for this project is ridiculous. The whole publicity and hype has gone to people's head. Uptown and Crystal Blu are only a block away for crying out loud!

    Toronto Clear Spirit | 131.36m | 40s | Cityscape | a—A

If i'm not mistaken that white rezoning sign has been there for awhile now. I believe they're proposing a condo development on that location as well. I forgot the exact height but I think it's going to be around 30 to 40 story. Please correct me if I'm wrong folks.
