I thought they were sold out too. Guess they held units back....dont know what Plazacorp is doing nowadays after the big mess with King West Condos (Life)....
I was thinking the same thing but I would THINK the paint they use is durable. I am assuming if touch up needs to be done it could be done while the windows are cleaned twice yearly.
I am sure they wont let it look messy....
I believe from other threads that the RCSS will be coming (when, who knows) but that will add a lot to the area. I am sure retail will come as more condos near completion...
Actually now that i look at the actual floorplans for live/work units it does not appear these could easily be converted into 'retail'. Thats pretty disappointing, sigh.....
Any other closeby buildings, neptune / ltd etc have plans for full retail?
Thanks PinkLucy, yes I do remember the Scotiabank that is at the bottom of Malibu. As far as retail at WHC would this be phase 1 / phase 2 or both? THis is actually the first i heard of retail there, is it in the construction plans?
So anybody have a clue whats going on here. From what I have read they are not selling phase 2 until 'the tower' sells out....what a joke!
Anyways back to options, February is the longest the EV can be extended before they offer money back to buyers. Does anybody think buyers will get this...
Any updates on this construction?
I pass by probably once per week on my way to school and see that phase 2 is being built at a very fast pace!
Also would anybody know if any of the surrounding condos are planning ground floor retail? I would like to know if there will be stores within a...
This sounds like good news! Solaris, is this site generally accurate? Based on your experience how long do you this it would take to build the RCSS?
Thanks!
I really think they are trying to keep a positive take on the KWLC's project (3 phases) but realistically they are gonna take a long time to sell the remaining units with some much inventory in the market. Its taken them nearly 1.5 years and they havent sold even 1/3rd of the building. I am...
I guess less desirable is not the correct term. It's a matter of preference.....
Do they have a sales centre for the new 'tower'? How are the finishes etc?
Thanks..
Thanks the address really gives us a good perspective on the site location. I am guessing the slightly lower PSF prices for this new project would be due to the less desirable location? (as opposed to being right on East Liberty)
