Safe to say the setbacks aren't significant enough on the south side. The height of the tower is more than reasonable to me for this area, but they need greater setbacks to the south (residential side).

Too bad this terrace isn't on a higher level for a better view to the South!

This is an embarrassing attempt at conserving the heritage of the Sam's sign. Ryerson should be held responsible to restore the sign to replicate the rendering.

This looks like the same old slab and balcony design that we see everywhere throughout the city. I expect more from Quadrangle.
